Exercise is an incredibly important part of the health of your musculoskeletal system. Your muscles, tendons, ligaments, cartilage and bone depend on exercise for their nutrition, strength, and vitality. Exercise, like many other things, can be done properly or improperly. Correct techniques for rehabilitation and exercise can be important for protecting your joints from injury or overuse, sprains and strains.

Physical therapy and personal training, athletic training and performance enhancement strategies can all be beneficial in strengthening, conditioning and power routines.

These rehab exercises are beneficial for: photos, images, pictures and demonstrating knee and shoulder exercises (especially ACL, frozen shoulder and rotator cuff), injury prevention, exercises for strengthening, and exercises for pain and rehabilitation.
